The Exercise Coach protocol is doable, even for people like me who hate the gym! It really is 20 minutes 2-3 times a week and you can easily see progress. The staff is great and super attentive. It feels private. I think it's a great value.

I joined the exercise coach through my Medicare plan and have just added 4 additional visits a month. It’s amazing how this has changed my ability to move, to get up and down and the additional energy it has given me is a huge plus! I haven’t lost a pound, but I have gone down one complete size in a little less then 2 months. I injured myself in a fall and they were able to modify my workout so that I didn’t have to stop. Today, 3 weeks later, I reached some of my best numbers and am back to full strength on the machines. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach in Highlands Ranch and their incredible motivating staff!! I would like to give a shout out to all the coaches here. I have been working with Manav mostly. He is an amazing coach! Going from no exercise to two times a week I thought I would surely give up on this program as I have others. Well that's not the case, I have been 14 times. I'm feeling better than ever. Nursing a back injury for several years I was needing safety and motivation with people who could understand my hang ups. Boom!
