I met Mark in March of last year while visiting his gym. I was thoroughly impressed with this concept of working out. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs, been though a back and neck surgery. I also have torn ligaments in my right wrist. He put me through a 30 minute demonstration and I experienced no pain or strain. It is completely a de-compressive workout. Due to time constraints and yes, I'm lazy, I put off joining until December 19th.I am entering my 14th and absolutely love to workout. I actually look forward to each session. Do yourself a HUGE favor and book a free demo to see what I mean. Until you see it first hand and go thru the exercises in person, words do it no justice.
Team Vertical has truly been a life saver both physically and mentally. Im an occupational therapist that specializes in orthopedic upper extremity rehabilitation and I was first skeptical of global neuromuscular activation technology.
