I’ve been seeing Kelly and Pat for over a year. They have helped me so much. My body feels so much better since seeing them. And since starting the nutrition program only 1 week ago I feel even better!! They help to keep me on track with daily emails including tips, tricks, meal ideas and more. Plus, the weekly grocery lists and recipes are so helpful. I feel so much better in only 1 week!
