“Push is great! For a long time I struggled to establish a consistent workout routine, but 10 months ago I started going to Push, and enjoyed their classes which are really diverse and never the same from one to the next. Marty, Forrest, Gina, and Kara do a great job mixing I'm it up, so you're always working on different muscle groups, cardio, agility, etc. Quickly got into a groove of 2-3 classes a week, and haven't looked back! I feel so much physically and mentally stronger than I did before, and definitely recommend checking them out“

“This is the best gym I have ever gone to. The trainers always make sure you are having your best day. There is a wide variety of folks that come to this gym. Some are athletes training for their own competitive sport, others are just trying to improve their fitness, and everyone works together in classes to cheer each other on to victory at whatever stage of fitness they are at. The personal trainers are amazing. The owners, Jen and Courtney, are kind, expert at their craft, and I feel fortunate to know them. I could not recommend this gym more for wherever you are in your fitness journey.“

“Scott has given my husband and me excellent personal training over the past few months. We've loved working with him and our strength and nutrition have leveled up dramatically in just three months. I came to Scott after reading the book Outlive last year by Dr. Peter Attia, and I wanted to work on improving my health and longevity. Strength training has given me the health outcomes I wanted. I'm seeing improvement across my weight, muscle mass, energy levels, and general health, and I can't wait to see what more it does for me over time. Coaching with Scott has given us consistency, and we enjoy doing it together as a couple and staying consistent together with partner training. Scott has a great focus on form and the basics, and I know I'm improving in technique over time. I'd highly recommend working with Scott if you're able to.“

“F45 is my absolute favorite place! I have been working out here for over a year now and the workouts never get old. The data vary between strength/cardio/hybrid which is nice that you’re never doing the same workout two days in a row.Additional the coaches and community here is AMAZING!!! “After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.“

Sean has helped me over come thinking I have to go heavy and use free weights to grow yes still want more muscle mass. His knowledge of TRX and Kettleballs is mind blowing. “Bodyworx is a fantastic place for ALL ages. I have trained there and learned a ton about my injuries and how to manage them. My wife has worked out there and trained for a competition and finally my kids ages 12 and 15 have started there fitness knowledge with the trianers at bodyworx! Highly recommend you call them or stop in a meet Jason and his team!“

“Cobalt is an amazing atmosphere from the coaches to the workout facilities! The baseball programs are top notch and I have seen a LOT of bad ones being a physical therapist working with these athletes. Todd and his team do an amazing job with programming and teaching these kids the mechanics before adding weight. Cannot recommend this place enough. 5/5 stars!“
