Marty, Forrest, Gina, and Kara do a great job mixing I'm it up, so you're always working on different muscle groups, cardio, agility, etc. Quickly got into a groove of 2-3 classes a week, and haven't looked back! I feel so much physically and mentally stronger than I did before, and definitely recommend checking them out“

Excellent service all around and I really appreciated how he took the time to explain to me what he was doing to my car, and made sure to set all expectations ahead of time .I had some scratches on the side of the car and some scuff marks. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and can’t even tell there was an issue to begin with!Excellent experience and I would highly recommend!“
“This is the best gym I have ever gone to. The trainers always make sure you are having your best day. There is a wide variety of folks that come to this gym. Some are athletes training for their own competitive sport, others are just trying to improve their fitness, and everyone works together in classes to cheer each other on to victory at whatever stage of fitness they are at. The personal trainers are amazing. The owners, Jen and Courtney, are kind, expert at their craft, and I feel fortunate to know them. I could not recommend this gym more for wherever you are in your fitness journey.“

This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“

I've had cat scans, MRIs, stress tests, etc. and continue to get turned away being told I'm fine, clean bill of health... One session with Erin and she was instantly able to provide me tools and training that immediately reduced my pain and improved symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, numbness, tingling, blackout vision, fainting, and panic attacks. I continue to learn from her and her partners about whole body health and wellness in a place I feel safe and welcome.
