“I've had Daniel's help with my HVAC the last few years and he is 5 stars! He goes way above and beyond. He's friendly, professional, and has saved me a mint. I thought I might need a new A/C but he was able to take it apart, clean it, repair it and I'm all good. I've always had issues with very different temperatures on different floors of the house and he said, "Let me talk you through this and save you the service call fee." “Adding my two cents after using Sensible Heating and Cooling for a new AC install. I was also curious about a "heat pump" and asked for quotes on this as well. My review: (1) The company responded to my request for a quote very quickly. (2) Ronnie came out the next day and reviewed my AC, providing helpful answers to all my questions about the existing unit. Ronnie provided information on a "Heat Pump" and knew exactly which rebates were available. (3) Ronnie is a really good guy and at no point did I feel pressured by him. A couple hours later, I received quotes for both a Heat Pump and an Air Conditioner. I went with the Air Conditioner. (4) The next day I was provided with an installation date. (5) On the day of installation, Frank and his team arrived right on time. As with Ronnie, Frank and his team are really good guys. (6) The install went smoothly, and all my questions were answered. (7) Frank made sure I was aware of everything they were doing and brought everything up to "code". (8) Frank went above and beyond and adjusted my furnace so I could use a larger air filter. (9) Frank provided an in-depth walk around of the install, explaining what they did and answering all my questions. (10) Frank and his team cleaned up everything and it looked like they had never been there, except for the awesome new AC unit they installed. You will have no worries with the job these experts perform.“

“My husband and I had a major malfunction of our home's boiler and so we were without heat for the house and water. Tony came to give us a bid and responded the same day! He is a mechanical engineer and was so knowledgeable on what was needed for house. He recognized work that had not been done appropriately before and made recommendations for the remedy. “I highly recommend First Choice 24 hour Locksmith. Henry G responded to my call today. I was stranded at the Denver airport (just home from a trip and had lost my car keys while traveling.) I needed my car unlocked and I needed a new keys made. Henry G arrived very quickly and was able to make me two new keys on the spot (no towing necessary!) Even though my car was a tricky case, he got it unlocked, started up, and made a new key + a spare at a lower cost than the car dealership had quoted. I also saved hundreds of dollars by not needing to be towed from that parking lot to the dealership. Adam's plumbing and heating is the best company to use period!I was having repetitive problems with my furnance and having to deal with no heat in these cold mountains. Four different companies tried to rip me off while not fixing a thing. One tried to swindle me into buying a 12000 furnance from him. The day was saved when I met a gentlemen by the name of Adryk from Adam's heating. He told me I didn't need to buy a new furnance and educated me that the blower motor and control board was still under warranty. He showed up on time every visit !
