Was referred by a friend when a rental house needed a furnace. Very competitive price on a better unit than other bids. Very honest as to what I needed. Later son needed a unit with filters for my grandsons allergies. Again great service and a honest company which I find very important. Another rental townhouse sale and needed an air conditioner. They were to the place very quickly and gave me an fair price and a good conditioner. Will always use them. From the 1st time Von visited to quote the work I was impressed...he's honest and knows what he's talking about when it comes to HVAC. We bought a 1982 home that needs a complete renovation and we had S&H install a new Carrier furnace, heat pump, steam humidifier and smart thermostat. I had called some of the larger firms first prior to finding Von's firm and some of the things their sales reps were telling me just weren't true and their quotes were just outrageous.
