From beginning to end, the service performed by Scott was helpful and extremely informative. Another company tried to bully us into a $2,000 investment that was totally unnecessary. Scott explained the theory behind the operation of the device and what caused the problem in the first place so that it could be rectified. I found the price of $240 a much better option.
