A company that does the right work and that you can trust.Our first encounter was a heating issue - they were able to apply a simple fix, and recommended a new thermostat.Our second encounter was a checkup. We first contacted a company associated with the heater manufacturer - they said an motor leak required a new heater. Had Summit look at and they said "nope, that's normal". Then they let me watch them go through all of the appropriate checks - the heater is in good shape but will probably need to be replaced in a couple of years due to age.Our most recent encounter was we had them replace our heater and AC unit. Excellent work, clean install.Highly recommended.

James came out for annual maintenance and was really honest with his opinions. Called me into the basement several times to show me exactly what he was looking at. Actually took something OFF the quote because when he took the part off of the furnace, it wasn’t as bad as he initially thought. Always nice to be involved in the decision making process as a homeowner.Update— as alluded to from the owner’s response, we’ve had a long history with Summit. JT and his team continue to stand behind their work and unconditionally support us with any HVAC issues that we run into. Great experience working with Jason who gave our 3 year old Lennox gas heater a solid tune-up. He was early to our appointment, efficient, and took the time to explain various items that needed attention on my unit. Plan on using Summit again for future maintenance.
