It is a pleasure working with Sensible Heating and Cooling. We had emergency furnace work done by a company that we believe overcharged us and has a price match guarantee. After explaining the situation, Neil took time out of his day to give us a comparison quote. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and provided us with a very detailed quote within a few hours. We will definitely being using Sensible for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future!

We had a very complicated issue with our 19 year old geothermal system. Aaron is a highly intelligent technician who thinks outside the box. He was persistent in finding a solution for us rather than having to (very expensively) replace the whole system. We could not ask for a better, more service-oriented person to work with. We lack enough positive words to describe how highly we recommend Aaron and Sensible Heating!!!!!!!

Sensible Heating and Cooling wasn't our first company that we used when we needed Heating and Air Conditioning, but since we hired them we will only work with them. Phil and Jo only hire amazing technicians we can trust, like Eric. So grateful honest and hard working small family owned companies still exist!
