“Apex Clean Air came through for me 100%. My furnace went out the night of a huge snow storm and they came by the next day in the snow. They didn't even charge to come look because I got the work done with them so only charged for the part and small amount of time it took to work on. They were professional and amazing but the only one more amazing was Tyler my technician. He was fast, efficient and more knowledgeable then anyone else that has worked on or looked at my furnace. Explained and went over every part and detail to the T! I will only go through and recommend Apex from now on because of Tyler and how professional the company was. “Excellent company and superior service by Juan Nunez! I called Sveagle Plumbing because my water heater had stopped working. Juan came out the same day and determined it needed to be replaced, and also pointed out the rust on my copper piping from the shut-off valve. I appreciated that he didnt say the piping had to be replaced right-away, but said to keep an eye on it for leaks. I went ahead and had him replace that, too. I was provided with two estimates based on what size of water heater I wanted. Juan was very professional and competent! He started work right away and came back the next day to finish the water heater. It took another day to finish the piping, but that was due to getting the outside water turned off my the water company. I highly recommend this company.“

“I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again. All three of the technicians were incredibly professional, took time to explain what was happening, and worked quickly to get our AC unit back up and running. I also appreciated that all three of them, but especially Ray, were upfront about costs and worked hard to find us the cheapest solution to the problem. Other HVAC techs we've worked with have tried to upsell solutions we don't need. Greatly appreciate the honesty and customer service provided. “I received a number of quotes to install a whole home humidifier. Gustafson was amazing from start to finish. I was able to handle everything over the phone without needing an additional in-person quote with a number of upcharges. I spoke to a gentleman who walked me through options by seeing pictures of my setup and was extremely knowledgable on what was necessary to ensure I was getting the correct humidifier for my home. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to the others and was not full of hidden charges. When I called, they were able to get an appointment set up within a week. The service tech was on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and walked me through the whole setup.“
