“Bruce and his partner showed up exactly on time. They were replacing the water pump for my boiler. In order to get my kickspace heaters to work in the basement zone the water needs to be pumped. It took them less than an hour to drain the necessary pipes replace and purged the air. The cost was less than the estimate, always a pleasant surprise.“

“Today is the coldest day in 30 years and our neighbor, who lives alone with her little dog, woke up to no heat this morning. She huddled at our house for a few hours waiting for Brian to arrive. He arrived when he said he would and discovered within 2 minutes what was wrong (disconnected wire). He checked out everything and made sure she was up and running.For an older gal living alone, we were glad she was able to get quick service from Brain at 5280.
