I would have to assume these 5 star reviews are fake. Had a repair done and now can't get any of my paperwork for the insurance. The office keeps answering then putting me on hold for hours. I would never recommend this place to a single person.

My AC went out in the middle of summer and this company was prompt to diagnose the problem and replace it. The workers worked hard in the heat to replace it and I thought it was a good job. However, once it came time to ask for some documentation on what was done, what was diagnosed and what was replaced so I could send it to my home warrenty, they were awful. Everyone I talked to in their office was unhelpful, lied or just put you on hold forever. There was even a woman who would answer and just stay silent the whole time which I can only assume was to hope I would hang up.

Well not quite sure how these guys have a 5 star rating. I took time to research what I thought was going to be a good decision for replacing my entire AC unit and ventilation in my basement probably $10k plus job. I scheduled my time from 9-12 on 6/22/22. Got an email confirmation and a text confirmation. Took the morning off work to make sure I could be there. Well of course it was a no call no show. I decided to call them and see what the problem was, obviously caught them off guard cause they instantly put me on hold then obviously scrambled to have the technician call me while i was on hold to finally say "Oh hey I'm running late and will probably be another 2hrs...read full review
