“Anthony provides a friendly, non judgmental atmosphere to work out in and reach your personal fitness goals. He tailors the workout to your goals whatever they may be - weight loss, general fitness, gaining muscle, etc. Clientele includes a wide variety of ages and training experience from beginner to intermediate. Workouts are done in small batches of 3 people during each time slot - so no waiting for machines, and you get personalized attention from Anthony. Workouts are circuit style, and Anthony can also tailor them on the fly depending on your current needs. The session lasts between 30-45 mins. You feel accountable to Anthony and the peer group you train with, and everyone pushes and encourages everyone else to train hard. You will leave exhausted but happy. If you're having trouble committing to a regular gym schedule, this environment is very conducive to developing a good gym habit. The health, fitness and confidence you gain from this affects every aspect of your life, so the cost seems insignificant for the benefits you reap. Anthony offers a free workout session where you can try out 1 day, and it's a nice way to test if you like it. I can't recommend Anthony highly enough - this will change your life.“
“I began training with Abu in 2022 however our work together was cut short by a family tragedy. I came to him in October of 2023 with a specific goal in mind. I needed to get fit for a week of skiing in Canada planned for the last week of January 2024. Prior to getting started, Abu patiently listened as I explained that I was prepared to push myself to get in maximum shape. He outlined a program of skiing related exercises, gradually increasing the intensity, to have me peak for my trip. The compact facility is well equipped. His ability to explain and illustrate movements is extraordinary. I feel he intuitively senses the fine line between asking me for more and recognizing when I have reached exhaustion. He gave me routines to do between sessions with a caution to "not overtrain". The last month included three weeks of high volume rotations (strength, balance, agility, speed, etc.). The final week we tapered to the finish. When I boarded the plane the next day, I knew I was ready. Abu is incredibly knowledgeable and can be a stern taskmaster when needed. He is also warm, funny and welcoming. Training With Abu is a great joy! I highly recommend his services to anyone; from a person reengaging with fitness to dedicated athletes looking to move up to the Next Level.“

“This man changed my life. I am not exaggerating.I started working out with him last year in 2021 and at the time I was skinny-fat, had no stamina, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. “Hey hey! Just to verify I am the girl in the photos in his site. No fake pics. Mike was my trainer for over a year in NY until he relocated to the west coast. Very sad day for me, but for his new clients in CA you won't regret hiring him as your trainer. As you can see in the first pic I had some lbs to lose after my second child and he helped me make it happen! I became stronger and had more muscle tone then when I was much younger pre kids! Mike is professional, fun and he created awesome workouts which were not limited to inside a gym. We took advantage of the outdoors as well, which I loved... even though outdoors meant burpees. Every workout different and hard AF. We trained 2-3 days a week for an hour and created workouts for me to do on my own on off days. Not only was I pushed physically but mentally as well to overcome things I didn't think I could accomplish. His positive attitude, encouragement and communication was amazing! He's a personal chef btw and assisted with diet and meal planning! That was key!!! I haven't been able to find a trainer in NY to replace him.“
