    I have been struggling with getting my fitness journey for quite some time until I started working out at TNT. Eric really helped break down for me on what was necessary to meet my goal. He made it so easy to understand which workouts were needed and what my form should be, especially since that was something I always had difficulty with. He was able to make going to gym fun for me and I look forward to our sessions every week. I have never seen so much progress in such a short amount of time and I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with TNT.

    My fitness journey has never been a smooth one. I have been really on and off, and haven’t seen much progress. But Eric, one of their personal trainers does a really good job of motivating me and lifts my spirit. I have seen a lot of progress thanks to him. Thank you Eric!!!

    I’ve been going to TNT for more than two years, and it has been sooo worthwhile. I cannot say the workouts are fun, because they are hard. But what worthwhile in life isn’t? I’m almost 70, and, frankly, my muscles were getting soft. No longer. Without these guys - Brian and Jesse and Liam and Taylor - I wouldn’t feel as good as I do in everyday life and at pickleball. I enjoy going in and joking with them and working out every week, and I recommend them to everyone.
