“I have been to many gyms in my life and have had 3 other personal trainers, and 9Round with Dave and Ovi is hands-down the best I have ever been to! I usually have a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym but I look forward to my 9Round workouts every week. When you enter, everyone greets you warmly. While you work out, trainers and other gym-goers cheer you on and motivate you. When you leave, you're congratulated on a great workout and walk out of the door with a smile on your face. It truly is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Be ready to work, though! 9Round provides a high intensity, full body workout. They also offer body mapping and consultation, which has helped me orient my workout and weight loss goals. He made it so easy to understand which workouts were needed and what my form should be, especially since that was something I always had difficulty with. “My lower back was so out of place I couldn't jog from a walk and had a couple acute pain freeze and panic moments.I knew immediately I needed Dr. Eva! I've trusted her completely for over 10 years.This morning at 10am ... she worked her magic (rather scientific chiropractic & kinesiology that still feels like magic to me) and I played tennis for an hour at 11:30am.I stretched carefully at first ... felt not a hint of pain ... and I played some great tennis today without missing a step.I trusted I would be able to play tennis today. Even though I couldn't jog, stretch, or twist without some intense and frightening pain.Getting better is awesome!!Knowing you have an answer that works ... priceless!! ?❤️“

“I came to Tammy because I was having a hard time feeling satisfied after meals and felt overwhelmed at figuring out an actually healthy path forward to improving my eating habits post stressful life events (and not just listening to folk on Tik Tok). Over the course of our time together, Tammy helped me to shift the way I thought about food, promoting simple but effective steps to take after each phone call together. She listened to my concerns and prior frustrations from working with apps and coaches in the past and never once nudged any boundaries I set down. There was no such thing as a stupid question and Tammy made sure I had all the resources, answers, links, and videos I needed to be successful in forming better habits. I really appreciated that she worked with what was functional and accessible for me--on a budget, without a car, limited freezer space, etc. Instead of reminding me to scoop out my morning bagel like prior coaches have, Tammy asked each call what worked for me, what didn't, and what helped me to feel satisfied at each meal. Then we'd find one thing to improve--adding more color to each meal or adding a "sprinkle" like sunflower seeds or olive oil to help a meal reach its full nutritional potential. I also never felt like I was on my own in anything Tammy suggested I try. Gotta make my own broth this week to cook with? Here are great places to get bones, here is a recipe to do it, here are instructions for your instantpot, etc. Want to start incorporating more fish into my diet? Here are 3 brands for tinned fish, a local catch market for seasonal choices, and recipes. I was able to develop sustainable, long-lasting healthy habits by working with Tammy and I find myself continuing to grow with her guidance even though our sessions together are over. After absolutely refusing to put chia seeds in anything for our 15 weeks together, the other day I ate them willingly because I thought "Tammy said these are good for me and I haven't had them yet." This was the shift I was looking for and I'm so thankful for Tammy's warmth, knowledge, and support. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.“

“Three years into perimenopause as my cycles began to be more irregular, I was completely distraught with almost every imaginable perimenopause symptom in full throttle (heat flushes at night, debilitating adrenal fatigue, cognitive decline, etc.) I could barely function and felt like I was losing my body and my mind. I found the Women's Vitality Center (WVC) through online research, joined their membership program and my life changed for the better. With WVC's incredible expertise, knowledge, oversight and guidance, I started taking more targeted supplements coming directly from their recommended lab and cortisol testing and then got on their prescribed regimen of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I also gained an incredible awareness of how my diet was impacting my life and I am a healthy person; I was eating a good diet but not for my changing body any longer. I needed to learn how to have a balanced protein, fiber and fat diet with every meal because it directly impacts my energy, stamina and sleep patterns in this new mid-life paradigm. Still in the process of undergoing change, WVC has been able to modify my HRT prescriptions as needed and help me adapt to my changing body to the point where I have energy and improved sleep.
