“This place is Expensive and I am not some chuckle driving the Mercedes! Actually, I live in a Trailer Park I have worked very hard for my family all of my life I am 62 and it's time for me to invest in myself, I saw this 20 minute work out on Facebook and It's twice a week. In the past, I would try to exercise and after a few weeks, I would have to stop due to neck and back pain.This is different.
