He is a comprehensive trainer; educating on form, best practice and nutrition/ supplementation, while taking each individual and tailoring their training to their wants/needs/concerns. I enjoy every session I have with Gil, and somehow, he always seems to know when I need a kick in the pants, or just a chill day. (He also plays the best music.) Gil has become a fixture in my life and is truly loved by all who meet him and get a chance to work with him. Whether you believe (1) that there is an invisible chi force that the needles align in balance or (2) the needles work to physically release the tension in the muscles (which, I'm more inclined to believe): the effect is undeniable.
