I was new to the Dublin area and was looking for a trainer to help me meet my fitness goals and to provide some accountability. Initially Gil was fully booked and unable to take me on as a client, but I persisted and I'm SO glad I did. Gil is an exceptional trainer; he is knowledgeable, motivating and a true "people person." He is a comprehensive trainer; educating on form, best practice and nutrition/ supplementation, while taking each individual and tailoring their training to their wants/needs/concerns. Gil is an awesome personal trainer, and an all-around great person as well! I highly recommend working with him. I started weekly 1:1 sessions in April 2023, and since then I've lost ~14Ibs while also building muscle and improving strength. I wanted to make sustainable changes to my lifestyle to achieve my goals, and Gil was great about helping me find the right way to do that with my workouts and nutrition. Gil is a fantastic trainer with complete know how of body mechanics and technique. He also understands your personal needs and helps you achieve your goals with personalized exercise and diet plans. I did a 15 week program with him this week and would love to work with him again
