“I wanted to take the time to write an honest review on behalf of my mom. I have been taking my mom (age 82) to see Dr. Jax Chou for a couple of months for pain/weakness in her leg/hip. She had been having trouble walking and couldn't even take a step up the sidewalk on her own. Dr. Chou was very personable and patiently listened and accessed her health situation and put my mom at ease. He explained clearly the treatment plan and helped her feel relaxed and calm with skilled acupuncture and cupping treatments. Her symptoms improved with each visit and she eventually regained her strength in her leg and was able to even walk up the flight of stairs in her own home. Dr. Chou is a very knowledgeable and experienced acupuncturist and I am so thankful he took good care of my mom.“

Whether you believe (1) that there is an invisible chi force that the needles align in balance or (2) the needles work to physically release the tension in the muscles (which, I'm more inclined to believe): the effect is undeniable. I've seen Rita 5 times now and my muscles are so much more pliable and now stretching easily releases the muscle tension. Pain free and flexible movement as a 50+ year old - YAY!As to Rita herself, she is not only completely professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, she was born with a healthy dose of empathy so she genuinely cares for her patients. This is NOT a patient mill like other places. And the office and the building are serene with a woodsy surrounding - so conducive to the vibe.“

“It has been over a year since I've seen Dr. Wang for severe lower back pain that prevented me from even lacing up my shoes that was crippling me for months. Even though I only saw him for 4 sessions, I still remember my experience there and appreciate the care I received. Dr. Wang carries so much calm confidence with him that he puts you at ease. Having needles poked into you body is somewhat stressful to think about, but I had no doubt Dr. Wang was at the top of his skill. His bedside manner is that of a kind and caring grandpa who would never fail to care for his family. And that's exactly how you feel when you're under his care. Needless to say I was lacing up my shoes and moving without any pain after the first session. I've never had such a drastic improvement in health after a one hour treatment. The subsequent 3 visits were equally as good. Dr. Wang is a gift to this field. I'm sure he won't see this review, but you (the reader) will. His clinic is pretty old school. They only operate on certain hours on some days since he's partly retired. They still input your data on a typewriter. I would recommend Dr. Wang 100%. He's the best acupuncturist I've ever seen.“

“Got recommended to Dr He after moving to the San Ramon area. I was suffering from crashing fatigue, dragging period, and no lab tests revealed what the issue might be. Dr He is gentle and caring, easy to talk to and answers to all my questions. After the second treatment I was starting to feel better and soon after starting her herbal treatment, my energy was returning to me and blood circulation much better. My insurance isn’t paying well and it’s been hard to keep up with the cost but I have been coming due to the result. I still have many issues to work on but Dr He has given me the confidence that things has been and will improve. I am grateful she’s in the area.“

“This is the best location for both acupuncture and skin care hands down. Location-wise: this clinic is located in a business center with after-school programs but don't be deceived by the exterior. It is the attention to detail that matters most when searching for the best acupuncturist. As a med school student, I receive treatments at school and the needles were painful. However, Dr. Yooyuen Park uses significantly higher quality needles and the treatment is both painless and effective. Additionally, she does a complimentary cupping service. I go to the gym everyday and this is both a luxury and added bonus to this great place. Dr Yooyuen Park cares about quality: quality of care, quality of medical equipment, and quality of service. She wants to provide the absolute best experience for her patients and she is successful at doing it. I plan to come to here for any treatments. I feel like royalty here.“

“I had a great experience with Helen. She took me in and did everything possible to help me with my infertility. Sometimes I saw her once or twice a week for months at a time. Very professional and on time. I often was her very first patient for the day due to my work schedule and it worked out quite well for me -thank you for that! I felt her acupuncture techniques help me a lot with the stress I was also dealing with - I also immediately felt better afterwards with my headaches I was having. She understood my autoimmune issues. She also added cupping to my regimen and I felt it made a huge difference in how I felt overall. Her plan for me was successful as I am currently pregnant. I highly recommend her.Contrary on the other review, Helen was very transparent with my frequent visits as she has a personal sign in list that you sign in for every visit - you can see all your visits - I did not have any disputes on charges or visits. I saw her for about 6 months and I had about maybe 25 visits with her. She is state board certified and has a masters degree - very well posted in the office. Nonetheless, you can look her up on the California State Board and find her as state Board certified.Ramon Natural Medical Center is very clean and well kept, sanitary with all used needles, different patient rooms available just like at any medical offices and the ambience is relaxing with calming music. I’m very glad I came here.“
