“Rose is a gift. I have been working with her for over a year prior to getting pregnant with my third child in preparation to heal my body from prior birth trauma. “I highly recommend Dr. Jill Chen for acupuncture treatment. Dr. Chen was recommended to me by my oncologist while I was going through chemotherapy to help manage the side effects, such as nausea and neuropathy. I went once a week for about 5 months. I did not have any neuropathy from the chemo and very little nausea. I believe that this treatment helped me to feel better during this time. Dr. Chen has such a calming way about her, that just taking that hour of time for myself felt like a gift. She has a genuine care and concern for her patients. You feel nurtured and safe while in her care. “I've been seeing Dr. Katie for over 2 years now. Most recently she saw me on a day off to help me through a very painful neck tweak. She was patient with me, calm and very comforting. I found relief the day after I saw her and was finally able to sleep at night. I am forever grateful to her!I started my journey with Dr. Katie while pregnant with my second child. “It was my first visit to Dr. Liao for migraines that I've experienced most of my life and it was a very good experience. The doctor is obviously very knowledgeable, experienced, kind, as well as efficient. He explained why I was getting them and how to try to address them at home. I don't know if the acupuncture was effective, but time will tell. Unfortunately, he is closing his Walnut Creek office as of the end of 2022, but his Albany office will remain open.“

He has over 30 years of clinical knowledge and readily identifies the best trigger point combinations for maximum therapeutic relief. He treats a wide variety of different ailments including migraines, vertigo, stomach cramps, allergies, and facial pain. He has a warm bedside manner and enjoys conversing with patients prior to treatment. There is plenty of parking in the front of the building and the clinic itself is very clean.“
“This is a nice little herb shop on this side of the Bay for anyone who does not want to drive to Oakland or Richmond. They carry a good selection of herbal medicine for common ailments. Also they offer clean facilities, a cute fish tank, and kind people who never turn away a patient in need.The young guy at the front counter always greets people when they enter the store and Dr. Cai is a joy to talk to for any help on medications. If Dr. Cai does not have time to chat she will have the other young female doctor help out. It can be hard to find the place at first given it is in a small corridor by the police station.“
