I came to know of Leni and her Spiritual Counseling through a friend of mine. Prior to Lenni, my friend had tried another Spiritiual Counselor and had not been satisfied. Then through a friend, Leni's practice was mentioned and my friend contacted her and attended several counselling sessions. I became interested after hearing such positive reviews of my friend's experiences. Leni came highly recommended to me.After working with Leni, my fear and anxiety disappeared. I recently participated in one of Elena Pratte's Somatic Release Breathwork sessions and it was the most intense breathwork I have experienced. Within 5 minutes my hands were tingling and powerful emotions were welling up in me. As these were released, I experienced a deep calm. After the breathing, Leni helped us integrate our experiences. It was a wonderful, healing session and I look forward to doing more work with her.

My journey with Leni was incredible! I learned a lot about myself and a more healthy lifestyle and most important I found a lifelong friend! The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes u feel like ur talking to a good friend since beginning. All the meditation or pranayama techniques she guided me were some of my most intense meditation states ever! It is and will always be a big pleasure working on myself in all aspects with her !
