It has been a great experience for him to become dedicated to something he not only enjoys, but has the opportunity to develop as a skill that will last a lifetime. He is one of the youngest in the adult class and Mr. Lara is very encouraging and patient with him. I love the fact that when everyone enters the building, pride is left behind. KB, the owner, also offers virtual classes now. KB is an excellent trainer and has extensive training with a Masters in physiology. She knows and understands anatomy and physiology. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, someone that needs to get back into shape, or someone needing to rehab an injury or strengthen your core, I highly recommend KB Fitness. I've been a member for 15 years now. Her one-on-one sessions are the bomb and will whip you into shape without the risk of injury.“
“I was referred to Coach Jah by a mutual friend when I was struggling with back/hip pain and couldn't identify the cause and treatment. We scheduled a time and I was moving extremely well after the first session! “Not your typical review FYI! As a frazzled, sleep deprived, nerves-already-fried mama this particularly rough morning, I want to show some gratitude to this awesome establishment for giving me a much needed win. I was en route (halfway) with little one to her doctor appointment in 8:30am traffic- no short distance from our house- when from her car seat she notifies me that she has to potty. And she cannot hold it. We are bumper to bumper and too far from Dr office to try and make it so I pull off at Camden and stop into this center thinking "oh this bagel place should have a bathroom". I carry her in, dodging people side eyeing me who seem very serious about their bagels. Due to our fun morning so far, I have not yet had a glass of water let alone coffee, a bagel, breakfast of any sort or a personal moment to myself - not a complaint! -but for some perspective I would have loved a bagel and coffee! No time. Rushing to appointment. Anyway we get to the bathroom and it's out of service. This little chick is about to wet us both. LUCKILY I see an open door a short way down to this gym and am thinking they'll probably turn us away bc clearly we are not there for a workout. It would be understandable, bathrooms for clientele and not whatever I was looking like in that moment! But as it turns out, they were incredibly nice and allowed us to sneak to the back to use the facility. The bathroom was very clean and nice btw with a lovely shower my daughter wanted to try but I pried her from. We must have seemed more odd than I thought bc as we left, a few members inquired if we were okay, they were very sweet and I am so grateful!. So for saving me from a potential ick disaster, missed appointment, meltdowns etc and likely preventing that last straw from reaching my back, I utterly endorse this gym!!! You are good people :)“
“This is my second time coming back to this gym. I used to come here back in 2023 and really enjoyed the classes which is why I returned. :) What I love most about Elite Spartans is that the all the fitness coaches push you to your full potential and help you as much as they can to reach your goals. I love that the classes are 45 minutes each which seems short but lemme tell you ! In those 45 minutes they challenge you intensely. They are very flexible with everyone’s schedule which is awesome ! I continue to come to this gym everyday and not planning to leave anytime soon, it’s great. I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to start your fitness journey.“
