I originally called Redding heating and air and was charged $99 for the consult only to be told my unit was not repairable and that my only option was to buy a new one (quoted at $12,000). I called Cory Burns at Shasta Heating and Air for a second opinion on a Thursday, he was out two days later on Saturday to look at it and had it completely repaired and running better than before within a couple days for $1000. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and how nice the whole crew was, it's now almost a year later and my unit is still running great with no issues! Highly highly recommend.“

“I just wanted to share my gratitude for Redding Comfort and especially Chris. I came home from work the other day with water dripping from my ceiling all over my hallway floor. I totally freaked out! after calling about 5 different hvac contractors in the area nobody could come out until the following day. “Many years ago I ordered a heating element for my Payne heat pump unit. When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. “First off. I’m in Texas. Called Rainbow stoves and talked with Rusty based on a Reddit thread I had seen. I was looking for a Jotul 602 but had just bought a Jotul F35 for my house and was second guessing myself.
I sent Rusty photos of my house and setup and he used his expertise to give his consultation and reassured me that the stove I had already purchased was the perfect stove for my needs.
I could not recommend this place any higher and Rusty is a heck of a guy and very knowledgable. He has over 30 years of experience with stoves and really knows his stuff.

“Shout out to Dan Nichols our service tech! My aunt just lost her husband of 45 years to cancer. Every and anything that could go wrong has. Including her AC unit she purchased from Royal Air. In the past 30 days Royal Air has come out 3 times and never fixed the issue as well as not explaining anything they "did". Dan showed up yesterday around 5:30 pm after what I am sure was a long day and he was simply amazing! He was so sincere and explained to my aunt everything he did as well as advice as to why the issues were possibly happening. She was so grateful and so impressed with him. She does not do social media, so she asked I write a review for him. Please let him know how much we appreciate him. He is a rockstar at his job!“

“Chris at Timberline Heating and Air has never let us down. His prompt, professional service is a given and when we needed emergency after hours service he was there for us. We have several vacation homes in Lakehead, and with the intense August temperatures we couldn’t afford to have our AC go out. Chris was at our door in 30 minutes after my initial call and diagnosed and repaired our mini split up in our loft… most intense area of heat in our home.
