“I heard about Greg and Fix It Now Computers on NextDoor and tried him a while back for a problem on my office computer with good results. This time the problem was my kitchen computer: The screen would scroll all the way to the bottom, very quickly. I couldn't stop it. Then I couldn't get it to scroll back up to where I wanted to view it.I explained that when I called Greg and he asked if I had changed my mouse battery, saying I should try that and call him back if that didn't work.
