“I heard about Greg and Fix It Now Computers on NextDoor and tried him a while back for a problem on my office computer with good results. This time the problem was my kitchen computer: The screen would scroll all the way to the bottom, very quickly. I couldn't stop it. Then I couldn't get it to scroll back up to where I wanted to view it.I explained that when I called Greg and he asked if I had changed my mouse battery, saying I should try that and call him back if that didn't work. I tried that and it didn't work. I tested the battery and it was only slightly down.Then it occurred to me that I had a new mouse for my office computer sitting on my desk, still in the package. I retrieved that and tried it. The problem immediately disappeared!Yeay Greg! And he didn't even get paid! I called him and thanked him profusely and logged on to Yelp...“

“hey this guy definitely knows his stuff. i took in my first pc build because it just stopped connecting to my monitor. It may seem shifty but it is totally a legit thing. it ended up being my memory sticks that just weren't pushed in enough (silly me). Call the guy and set up an appointment. Hes very nice and very professional about everything. I paid $35 for it which is cheaper than any big name place would quote you. Very great and would go back to him if i have any more issues in the future.“
