Jonathan was terrific. Came to our house, figured out what we needed, ordered everything for us, and returned to set us up. Our internet works perfectly in every room of the house, we're finally glitch free! Very happy that we found Wishnev Consulting, will recommend Jonathan to our friends.

I consulted with Jonathan via email and text before bringing my Mac in. He proactively sought out parts for me, laid out for me what I'd need, and provided me a competitive quote. In fact, it was the about the same as the Apple Store's but with none of the waiting time to get an appointment, not to mention the time I'd have spent waiting in the Apple Store even after I'd "checked in". His response was always swift, and coordinating the drop off and pick up was extremely easy. Jonathan is awesome. Super fast response, super focused on the job and found the problem immediately. Took his time to do the work right but was very conscientious about not over charging. Was willing to show me what I could do on my own with a little guidance so that he did not have to charge for it. He even took the time to show me some alternatives and equipment I could buy to make our lives a little easier. I also really liked his low key style, easy-going style. Put me at ease right away. I will definitely be calling him when I need more IT services.
