The Right Place For Finding The Right Pros Near You!
I’ve been going here exclusively for the past 11 years. Kristen is a jewel and I’ve never left with a haircut I didn’t love!!
I've lived in 7 different states in the US~ so when I say I've been to a lot of nail techs, I truly mean it. I'm also a very seasoned hairdresser; worked in very high end salons with nail techs, so I know good work when I see it... If you're looking for an upbeat boisterous nail salon, this is not it. Hope is one on one in a small salon. Her standards to detail and perfection are for me, unmatched. I love pink and white nails. She is the BEST when it comes to this. I promise. She shapes and creates mostly by hand and barely uses a drill. She can do designs etc, but she's more of a classic, very professional and detail oriented, nail tech. You can tell she truly loves her craft.
Crown cleaner is close to my job and decided to try them out. I trusted them with tailoring a linen suit for my rehearsal dinner and with dry cleaning that suit and my wedding suit & custom shirt after my big day. Tailoring: Jack, one of the employees, stopped what he was doing when I came in without an appointment and attended me very quickly. He was able to give me feedback as to how much bulk of fabric to take off to ensure a quality fit for my wedding weekend. Made the alternations fit me on the first attempt. He took good attention to detail on the top and bottom to ensure a good clean fit. Turn around time was about two weeks for this. Total cost was $170 for my work but I had a lot done. Getting a suit off a fast fashion website and getting tailoring done, you can have a custom suit for around $250, which is not bad at all. The dry cleaning for two suits and a shirt was $57 total. Considering my wedding was in Mexico and I sweat a lot in them I brought them to the store with plenty of stains. When I got them back they were totally spotless, particularly around the collar and cuffs. Overall good work by Crown Cleaners. I would come back for more alterations.
The best pedicure I’ve ever had was here, and I will only come back hereThe spa is so nice and relaxingService: Pedicure
Everyone is super friendly!! Staff throughly explains everything. I’ve lost 10 lbs so far. I highly recommend Jumpstart Md.
Such wonderful people who work there! Always get all my stuff looking beautiful! Very convenient location.
Friendly and Knowledgeable towards my computer mishaps. Helped me a great deal getting my PC laptop back on track. Worth it.
Had such a great experience with Phoenix Rising. They were able to get me in at the last minute with an amazing hair stylist, Raquel, who did a fantastic job on my hair. I felt very listened to & I love my new haircut.
Rachel has done a great job in touching up and lightening my bangs. I originally went to a salon on Piedmont, but the hairdresser ended charging mean extra $100 than, promised and barely met my needs in terms of the look I wanted. Rachel made it all better, and really cleaned it up. Definitely going back.
This review is long overdue!I have been a patient with Piedmont Oaks Dental since 2021, having just moved to the area before the pandemic hit, and in need of a new dentist (once things reopened again!). I have loved every aspect of POD to the point that now even though they are no longer covered by my dental insurance, I plan to continue with their services because they're just so great!Carlos at the front desk - always so kind and sweet with his calls reminding you of appointments and helping to reschedule, and he even helped walk me through the process of what to expect when I showed up for an appointment recently and found out that POD was no longer considered 'in-network' by my insurance (side note: not realizing this prior to my appointment was my own fault, as POD had sent out an email months in advance notifying their patients of the coverage change, I just hadn't really paid attention!) his patience with explaining to me what my options were and what to expect with either choice I made was so appreciated!Tricia is the hygienist I usually see and I ADORE her - she does such thorough work, while also sharing recommendations on products, etc. (and where to get them based on availability and pricing) that I truly enjoy my time with her. I bought my whole family the kind of electric toothbrush Tricia recommended (and on a huge sale at costco) :) and we've all been having stellar check ups ever since then! The office Manager Deanna deserves a special shout out too: she spent an immense amount of time earlier this year helping me to deconflict a billing issue caused by some confusion with my insurance/co-insurance and procedures submitted over a year ago. It was not a simple issue and Deanna not only followed up with me via phone, but took the time to walk through things with me and offered to review my own analyses of the payments/invoices, etc. until we figured out where things went awry. I was so anxious about this process because I was worried about being submitted to a collections agency or something but Deanna assured me that until we ascertained the source of the issue she made special note on my file so i wouldn't get 'dinged' and sure enough, she had things figured out very quickly upon taking over!I just really appreciate this family at Piedmont Oaks Dental - the people as I've described above are wonderful and even though my dentist Dr. Wong is no longer with them, I will continue to go back due to the people, the cleanliness and updated tech of their facilities, and their easy to get to location!
