Called Eon Tech with a printer problem that had halted my printing any documents for five days as I tried to solve it on my own (mine and the internet/Google and HP's "help" line). I was told Robert would get back to me - and he did the same day. Together we solved my problem in a short amount of time. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. Any tech problems I have in the future will definitely warrant a call to Eon Technologies. I highly recommend them.P.S. I selected Eon after checking them out on Yelp and a few other sites. I highly recommend this business. I needed to recover data from an old server that stopped working. These guys determined that my hard drive was fine and that I didn't need to recover the data. They removed the hard drivefrom the big clunky server so I wouldn't have to pack it up for a cross country move. Their data recovery rate was inexpensive only $75 the best price I found anywhere. But in the end they weren't going to charge me for anything. I ended up asking them to put the hard drive in a protective case for me. The total charge for that was $35.

Just a quick word of appreciation for this business. My computer would not start and they were able to diagnose free of charge that the problem was with my charger, not the computer. I had a great experience with Vladimir. He was very kind, responsive, and honest. I will definitely consider them again in the future if needed.
