“I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

“There are only good things I can say about YouMove and Dr. Haig. I was in a car accident and was being treated by a different chiropractor for a whole year without any improvement or resolution of my pain. I was referred to Dr. Haig late last year and I couldn’t be happier. Within 10 visits I already noticed my pain was about 90% gone. “Best decision I've ever made in regards to my fitness journey. If I had to choose Jason as a personal trainer again, I'd choose him in a heartbeat! When I came to Jason, I literally was starting at level zero. I had lost 100lbs on my own and hit a plateau and since I never incorporated any physical activity in said weight loss. “CATZ Pasadena provides both a fun and intense workout for those looking to push themselves. I attended a class with about 8 others, and it involved a variety of fitness-intensive exercises. My favorite part of the workout was that it was dynamic (i.e. movement-based), HIIT, and multi-exercise (i.e. you do multiple exercises, almost like a circuit, in order to complete the activity). It can get competitive and I like that. When you see others around you pushing, you want to push and finish on top. It's a hell of a workout and the ceiling is however high you're willing to push it. Check out CATZ if you're looking for a place to grow your fitness and push yourself. You will find your rhythm if you give it a chance and commit.“
