“I’ve been coming to 9round for about 2 months now. I decided to start looking for some sort of fitness due to weight gain. I choose not to go to a gym since honestly I’m not sure how to get started! I tried out other places like cross fit/cycling trials but didn’t really like it. When I came to 9round I immediately liked everything! From my first session to the trainers! The trainers are all so friendly and nice. They tell you how to do the stations and tell you how to correct it if you’re doing it wrong. Another thing is how efficient they are at getting the next station ready for you! They clean up the station for you so it’s ready for us. Ever since my 2 months here at 9round I lost about 15 pounds! My cloths fit better, and old cloths that use to be tight fit nice! My friends and even barber noticed a difference! :)“

“1 month into my membership at this boutique private training facility on Melrose. My experience has been 5* from the moment i walked in. Friendly, professional, well-organized and welcoming.No matter what your fitness level (mine is at 'Sloth' but slowly improving) their methodology is a good fit for all. If you're a time-poor professional like me, the focused high intensity 30 min workouts are a great option.All of the trainers are genuinely great to work out with and push you just hard to enough to ensure progress without wanting to quit... though you may occasionally want to curse at them!Wayne and Stephen, the owners, run a really tight ship, the facility is always meticulously clean and their custom app makes it incredibly easy to book workouts.They also have physical therapist available to help with rehab, mobility and functional wellness. Garrett is incredibly knowledgeable and his treatments are already helping my broken 50 year-old body to improve and heal!Really can't rate this place highly enough - if you're looking for a friendly, inclusive and professional place to start or continue your fitness journey, this is for you.“

“I am getting results! Took classes at another studio and was not seeing changes in my muscle strength and endurance after a year of classes 5-6 times a month. After 4 months at whole body method supplemented by mat work at home my jeans are looser and the back fat is diminishing ! Highly recommended!!!“

“Fantastic results with Angelina!! I've lost 25 lbs and 4 inches off my waist going from a tight size 28 jean to size 25 during my first program with her. I've signed up for a second and I am looking forward to continued progress and trading fat for more muscle. She takes care to make sure your form is on point, protects you from injury, and provides sunshine and brightness to your day. When traveling I've also found the remote sessions she offers to be effective. And I absolutely love the extra care she takes at the end of her sessions to roll out your muscles and keep you in top form. I can't recommend her enough!“

“This review is a long time coming. I've very picky about which gyms to join because of the bro-like, hypermasculine atmosphere that can make a female feel uncomfortable. This gym is not that. JP, the owner, is really one of a kind. He is genuine, affirming, knowledgeable, and is truly a master coach. He sees everyone as an athlete, and sincerely wants you to just do and be your best (which is what Ganbatte actually means). I've never met a business owner/coach as authentic and caring as he is, and he never pressures you or makes you feel like you're not doing enough. The other coaches are just as awesome. Another cornerstone of a great gym is also an emphasis on form to prevent injury. The Ganbatte coaches will spend time giving you feedback. Lastly, the community that Ganbatte cultivates here is unmatched. You will always feel welcomed and included. Definitely try them out, you'll probably end up staying a few years because of how amazing everyone is.“

Hands down The Fix Gym is one of the best personal training gyms on the Westside of LA. Working with Tiger increased my stretch, flexibility and stamina. I also have not injured myself working out at The Fix Gyn. Tiger has vast knowledge of the muscular system, nervous system, human body as a whole and is able to quickly adjust movements working around any aches, pains or previous injuries. At The Fix Gym you will NOT find a trainer on their phone, laptop or distracted. The full session is about you and making sure you are doing movements correctly. The workout variation is diverse and workouts are challenging; however, every workout can be modified to an individuals level of fitness. The workouts do not disappoint. I highly recommend The Fix Gym to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.“

“Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the BEST place for Physical Therapy. From therapists to office staff, they give the highest level of professional, personal and effective care. The environment is upbeat and friendly. I recently had shoulder surgery; my team in the Glendale center, headed up by the amazing Armand, DPT. with Josue and Hunter assisting was the highest quality. My team was incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive, and healed me in record time. Unlike some other companies, at Aspire your PT is responsible for your case from start to finish; they are there with you hands-on every session. Elizabeth in the office is quickly available to handle scheduling issues and fantastic at fitting everyone in, which is a really big deal when you're hurting and needing care. Also, Aspire has several venues.... our son went to the LaCanada office after knee surgery; their hands-on manipulation, exercises and guidance made a difference with each session. Honestly, we've been given referrals to other PT companies because they are "in-system". We give them a try but after 2 or 3 sessions of big-medicine, impersonal factory treatment, where we leave the office hurting as much as when we went in, we're back at Aspire for their personal, knowledgable and professional care. Simply the best.“

“I've been training at J+K Fitness for more than a year now and it's been a fantastic experience. My trainer Raymond is highly knowledgeable about how the body works, from helping me overcome soreness/pain to improving my muscle mass and mobility. He's highly prepared, understands my goals well, and has gone above and beyond to send me tips via text outside of the studio. When I'm traveling, we do workouts over Zoom and we don't miss a beat. The owner, Jae, is really personable and helps ensure the studio environment is fun/upbeat and safe. “No trainer or exercise program I've ever done has helped like Shawn has. It's been a complete mental and physical health game changer. My chance of relapsing into bad diet habits, mental health struggles, etc. feels like it has gone to near zero. Shawn just knows what to do for your needs in particular — on a given day, in a given year, for any given program or goal.He just knows, senses, and addresses what I need. If you want to truly change your habits and reach a goal — mental, physical, whatever — Shawn should be a part of it.My energy is better, I'm down 30 pounds, nutrition is great, we're on a supplement program (never successfully stuck to one before), staying on top of my blood work and improving those results, I'm breathing better, and my sleep is much improved.
