    I came to Jason to refine my technique and get some consultation on how to bulk up more. From workout plans, to how much protein I should be taking in and food routines, Jason handled it all with ease. He’s a great resource to have when you are trying to learn best practices and overall more about how your body should feel when you are working the muscles properly. He was always just a text away and easy to communicate with.I recommend coming to Jason for any and all fitness goals. He will help build a custom plan that fits your goals and lifestyle and support you along the way!

    Jason is an all-around perfect trainer. He assesses your individual needs and abilities and develops a unique customized workout that’s new every session. He’s friendly, easy to work with, and a positive motivator. He understands the intricacies of the human body and uses science to discern the best exercises for each person. I love going to these workouts every week!

    I have been working out with Jason for 5 months and I can not make a stronger recommendation to invest in your own health. I am 62 years old and my previous exercise experience was group classes. Working with a personal trainer, specifically Jason is a game changer. He is a knowledgeable and skilled instuctor who understands anatomy and physical fitness.You can challenge yourself to show up and do more at every session because you have a mentor.
