I'm writing about 1 Physical Fitness in Pasadena. I've been a health care professional for the past 40 years. I've worked with Olympic and World Championship teams and their staffs. I've come in contact with some of the best exercise physiologists, sports nutritionists and physical therapists in the country. The professionals at 1 Physical Fitness are truly wonderful. This place is a gem. I was pressed to find a PT person for my knee because it was causing me grief and I randomly made an appointment here after getting overwhelmed by options. OMG did I accidentally pick a fantastic place. I have worked with both Eric and Michael but primarily work with Eric because I have some rare diseases. He is the most thoughtful PT person I've ever worked with and I've been to PT 5 different times in my life so I know. I hope they always stay in the area because I highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs it. If you want personalized care this is the place for you. Even prior to our appointment, the first impression of 1 Physical Therapy was great! It started with the warm and kind Leilani at the front office, who confirmed our insurance, asked us to email doctor notes, PT instructions, and other important information. Went to the 1st session for my gymnast today, who fractured her elbow and tore/sprained ligaments. Leilani and our physical therapist Eric both greeted us with big smiles and put us at ease.
