We have had several plumbers come into the house to claim that is working to the realization that it wasn't and then ignoring our follow up calls. The only good thing that happened was that one of them after claiming that we had to change the whole system, and us refusing to do so, gave us Intuitive's contact. Justin and Kevin are a rare breed that actually cares about the client and they are not trying to sell you on things you don't need.
