Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn’t possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Working with Alex was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem (our AC fan stopped spinning), ordered the part, and fixed the AC unit - all within 24 hours. Just in time for summer! Highly recommend.

When contacted about a new furnace, Alex got right back to me and asked for pictures of the old one. Based on the pictures he was able to determine what was needed and got right back to me with an estimate. Our ducts were old and contained asbestos. Alex was able to get us in contact with a very good environmental company to take care of the ducts with the asbestos. Our old furnace went out during the February cold spell and we were freezing. Alex showed up with two new space heaters which he had purchased himself for us to use.He was always on time and the work was outstanding..
