I'm just getting started working with John on a problem with my old gravity furnace, but based on one visit and a couple of interactions I am already very impressed. I was able to book him to look at our problem on the same day. He clearly is very knowledgeable. He cares about doing the right thing and is genuinely interested in his craft. He put in special effort to find an old part--and in parallel he challenged himself to repair the existing part. It looks like he's a student of his field. Valuable to customers and fun to work with.

The team really went above and beyond on our job. They did an excellent job with the recommendation and installation of our heat pump system. I am super happy with the work that the Bodnar team did.
