Our A/C went out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, during the absolutely hottest days of our summer 100+ degrees! We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. Mike, knows his stuff. Honest and best prices around! Other HVAC carriers quoted more than 2x what Mike quoted me. Don't waste your time with these other so called HVAC companies, get it done right the first time by calling Mike. Thanks again!

Mike came out and installed my new AC system. Not only was he reasonable in price but he gave me the best service out of the 6 other places I called. I would have him work any of my friends and family. He's my HVAC guy from now on!!!
