“Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn’t possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Even though he had had driven over, just to evaluate my heater and taken time out of his day, he didn’t even charge me. I am so appreciative for this, and will definitely contact this company again if we have heater issues in the future. Thank you Alex!“

We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. “We hired Jimenez Hydronics to help us with Radiant Heating for our house. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and the service provided by Irving and his team. Irving was very patient and though during the design phase. Due to the large size of the house he recommended multiple zones, more than we felt we needed however we went with his recommendation. After living 8 months in the house we are glad we opted for his solution, since we only heat the area we use and keep most of the house in energy saving mode. We are also very pleased with the cleanliness of his team's work. Irving is also very technically savvy with the latest boiler technology and thermostats. In my case I selected Nest which seems to be working great in every room and bathrooms. Our mechanical room is virtually a showcase with everything marked with labels. I am always excited to show my geeky engineering friend my hydronics mechanical room. The initial cost of Radiant heating is a bit more than your regular HVAC but if you are building a new home in the Bay Area or doing a major remodel, radiant heating is the best solution. It is the ultimate in comfort and cost of running radiant with heat recovery for home water heating is much lower than traditionally system. In my last home I had HVAC and tankless heaters and even though my last home was smaller that my current residence, my energy usage for my new house is much less compared to my previous home.“
