We have used Jaime twice now and have been very pleased both times. I was expecting the usual experience of paying someone $150 to come out and tell me I need to buy a new appliance, but Jaime first came out for our oven and was able to replace the clogged gas line preventing our oven from coming up to temperature. Very happy! Today, we called because our 7 year-old refrigerator stopped cooling (all our appliances seem determined to achieve room temperature). He was able to quickly identify that the compressor had failed and provided 2 quotes: one assuming the compressor might still be under warranty.
