“I called Anthony, not expecting availability on a holiday but he made time and came over punctually. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He replaced out a switch in our microwave that caused it to run when the door was opened and also fixed the gas burner that didn't light consistently. In two minutes, he addressed something that another tech from two months ago couldn't accomplish! Similarly, he identified that the freezer door gasket was not causing the icing over but helped with creatively zip tying the arms of the basket, since the part is no longer available. I will certainly be relying on Anthony for our future needs. I highly recommend him!“

“I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. “our electric cooktop control module failed about five years after installation...the thermador repair guy came out first and quickly figured out that it needed a new control unit. the second time he brought a control unit, which was not the correct one for our cooktop...we pointed out the problem, which was that the part was simply for another version of the cooktop. he had noticed that the wiring didnt match on installation. he finally came back with a correct unit, and it finally works again. service was relatively slow, with about three months from the first check to final repair. and, its not cheap!! the repair guy was friendly and professional. Its hard to get thermador appliances fixed well by independents.. so, using the manufacturer does offer some advantages.“

The gentleman who arrived exactly on time diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on his truck and within minutes I had a working clothes washer. The gentleman was polite and put everything back in place. I would recommend this company without hesitation.“

“One of the ovens on our Dacor range suddenly stopped working. We looked at several repair companies that service Dacor appliances and chose All American. We could not have been happier with the service provided by Freddy Flores who came to our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and reset the oven which has worked perfectly since then. He also provided a couple other tips to keep the range in great condition going forward. Our only gripe is the way the company charges. It was $75. for the call-out then another $75 per additional half our as we recall. Since the entire repair took less than 30 minutes, the total of $150. seemed a bit excessive. That said, we would definitely call upon All American Appliance in the future should need be.“

“These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone. I called them and the voice mail came on and said that they are closed, but leave the message and somebody will call back. So I did. A few minutes later I received a call back and I stated that I was referred. They said that were helping only to customers, but, they will book and come today later 2-4 pm. THEY CAME ON TIME and gave me and estimate with a senior discount and replaced the water heater within 3 hours. They saved me, my wife and 2 grandkids. I am very happy with the neat service done.Again and Again ! after few years I called Bay AirHVAC Services and they respond quickly. their quality service and ability to diagnose problems makes huge difference.the repair was done right away. I really recommend to my family and friends.“
