Another hot day in the bay area, and the AC starts making odd noises. With a Supreme Plumbing service plan I gave them a call and withing 15 minutes (this is at 8PM) got a text back and they were out the next day in the early after noon and took care of it. These guys are really serious about their Service Contracts, and gave priority care. Kudos
