“Absolutely amazing service from this company. I had an HVAC system installed by another company and I suspected that there might be a carbon monoxide leak. I called the company that originally installed the system and they said there was no leak and everything was fine.Fortunately, I called up Trio heating & air, and they found a crack in the heat exchanger, and they found that there was a high level of carbon monoxide being released into the house.I’m so glad I called Trio and they sent over really insightful and helpful associates - Rafe & Junior.These guys ought to get 6 stars …“
“Randi was great. It's sweltering hot in Redwood City and our AC stopped cooling the air. We did a little troubleshooting on our own, then called Randi. He was able to squeeze us in for a quick repair to the capacitor in the air conditioner unit. Fast, reliable and great to work with. Highly recommend!“

“OMG! We can not say enough good things about Evan. A contractor friend of ours recommended him to us. He came when he said he would (all 3 times - initial visit, work, and review visit). He finished our job (full replacement of duct work) ahead of schedule and under budget. When he came to show us the duct work, the area was neater than it was before. He also identified a plumbing issue we didn't know about.If we ever need HVAC work done again, we will call him immediately!“
