“This is the best gym in the Bay Area, California - and likely the country. Vlad and Becker will literally work with you to get you on whatever shape you want. These guys go the extra mile. Why is this the best gym around? Simple. I am a busy executive and can’t stick to a defined schedule. You can come in whenever you want when they are open and is totally flexible. You always have a trainer or two to spot you! This place helped me lose 40 lbs. in 6 months. I even used the 9Round once in DC and SD when on work trips but Vlad was the best. I can’t recommend Vlad and 9Round enough!! They are amazing and you won’t find a better gym or workout program. Period.“
“On the outset, I had talked to a few different trainers, but John had a good vibe and I generally felt confident with his approach to correct form. In addition to being a highly knowledgeable trainer, he's also just a rad human! Definitely recommend giving him a call.I worked out with John 2x a week for over 6 months while easing back into shape. My goals were to gain muscle and avoid injury, and he helped me achieve both. I had a DEXA scan, measuring body fat and lean muscle, before and right at the end of our time together, and I had a pretty big improvement, which we were both stoked about.I knew I would eventually "graduate", and John set me up to be able to move forward on my own in a gym and feel more confident creating workouts for myself.
