“Reading the other reviews, I can second all of them. I'd just add that as a woman in her late 60s I feel totally comfortable here. The coaches take everyone seriously and I have never felt talked down to, as can happen in some gyms. There is a lovely balance of serious lifting and socializing between lifts. It has been very fun getting to know people of all ages and life paths I might not have had the chance to meet in the rest of my everyday life. Whether you are a long term, serious lifter, or someone who has never lifted but keeps hearing you probably should (yes I'm especially talking to you my fellow "mature" women) check them out. You will not regret it.“

From the first Rebel Recess class that I took, I have never felt more comfortable (except for the burpees!!) or more welcomed into a fitness space. The teachers are fantastic; the space is gorgeous; and most importantly after every class I feel euphoric, strong, and, dare I say, filled with bliss.“
“Anthony provides a friendly, non judgmental atmosphere to work out in and reach your personal fitness goals. He tailors the workout to your goals whatever they may be - weight loss, general fitness, gaining muscle, etc. Clientele includes a wide variety of ages and training experience from beginner to intermediate. Workouts are done in small batches of 3 people during each time slot - so no waiting for machines, and you get personalized attention from Anthony. Workouts are circuit style, and Anthony can also tailor them on the fly depending on your current needs. The session lasts between 30-45 mins. You feel accountable to Anthony and the peer group you train with, and everyone pushes and encourages everyone else to train hard. You will leave exhausted but happy. If you're having trouble committing to a regular gym schedule, this environment is very conducive to developing a good gym habit. The health, fitness and confidence you gain from this affects every aspect of your life, so the cost seems insignificant for the benefits you reap. Anthony offers a free workout session where you can try out 1 day, and it's a nice way to test if you like it. I can't recommend Anthony highly enough - this will change your life.“

“I began training with Abu in 2022 however our work together was cut short by a family tragedy. I came to him in October of 2023 with a specific goal in mind. I needed to get fit for a week of skiing in Canada planned for the last week of January 2024. Prior to getting started, Abu patiently listened as I explained that I was prepared to push myself to get in maximum shape. He outlined a program of skiing related exercises, gradually increasing the intensity, to have me peak for my trip. The compact facility is well equipped. His ability to explain and illustrate movements is extraordinary. I feel he intuitively senses the fine line between asking me for more and recognizing when I have reached exhaustion. He gave me routines to do between sessions with a caution to "not overtrain". The last month included three weeks of high volume rotations (strength, balance, agility, speed, etc.). The final week we tapered to the finish. When I boarded the plane the next day, I knew I was ready. Abu is incredibly knowledgeable and can be a stern taskmaster when needed. He is also warm, funny and welcoming. Training With Abu is a great joy! I highly recommend his services to anyone; from a person reengaging with fitness to dedicated athletes looking to move up to the Next Level.“
“Jill Harris is an amazing trainer, and her development of FitSprings takes exercise -- any kind of technique! -- to the next level and beyond. As someone who has studied ballet since childhood and practices yoga, working out on FitSprings lets me strengthen without being tight and heavy, and builds flexibility and my quick-twitch muscles while keeping my joints and muscles happy, healthy, and well-stimulated. (Never strained -- ever.) There isn't another workout that compares. I just attended Jill's teacher training this weekend, and the possibilities with this equipment are truly endless. “I found Flagship when I was recovering from an injury and interested in giving CrossFit workouts a try, and the coaches here are amazing! Nikki, Anais, and Liz do a great job of introducing each exercise, and it feels like there's a good amount of personal attention even when the classes are larger. The coaches make sure you feel comfortable with the movements and have the proper form, and help adjust workouts for any injuries. The equipment is really nice and the gym is spacious, so I enjoy coming here to exercise. I like that the workouts are published in advance so I know what I'm getting into, and I also really appreciate that they have multiple membership options, all transparently priced on their website. Joining Flagship was an excellent decision, and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!“
