“We hired Jimenez Hydronics to help us with Radiant Heating for our house. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and the service provided by Irving and his team. Irving was very patient and though during the design phase. Due to the large size of the house he recommended multiple zones, more than we felt we needed however we went with his recommendation. After living 8 months in the house we are glad we opted for his solution, since we only heat the area we use and keep most of the house in energy saving mode. We are also very pleased with the cleanliness of his team's work. Irving is also very technically savvy with the latest boiler technology and thermostats. I am always excited to show my geeky engineering friend my hydronics mechanical room. The initial cost of Radiant heating is a bit more than your regular HVAC but if you are building a new home in the Bay Area or doing a major remodel, radiant heating is the best solution. It is the ultimate in comfort and cost of running radiant with heat recovery for home water heating is much lower than traditionally system. In my last home I had HVAC and tankless heaters and even though my last home was smaller that my current residence, my energy usage for my new house is much less compared to my previous home.“

“Our A/C went out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, during the absolutely hottest days of our summer 100+ degrees! We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. Our A/C is about 18 years old, so we expected we would have to replace it, but he told us not to replace it until it quit on us. He could have sold us a new unit.
