“We hired Jimenez Hydronics to help us with Radiant Heating for our house. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and the service provided by Irving and his team. Irving was very patient and though during the design phase. Due to the large size of the house he recommended multiple zones, more than we felt we needed however we went with his recommendation. After living 8 months in the house we are glad we opted for his solution, since we only heat the area we use and keep most of the house in energy saving mode. We are also very pleased with the cleanliness of his team's work. Irving is also very technically savvy with the latest boiler technology and thermostats. In my case I selected Nest which seems to be working great in every room and bathrooms. Our mechanical room is virtually a showcase with everything marked with labels. I am always excited to show my geeky engineering friend my hydronics mechanical room. The initial cost of Radiant heating is a bit more than your regular HVAC but if you are building a new home in the Bay Area or doing a major remodel, radiant heating is the best solution. It is the ultimate in comfort and cost of running radiant with heat recovery for home water heating is much lower than traditionally system. In my last home I had HVAC and tankless heaters and even though my last home was smaller that my current residence, my energy usage for my new house is much less compared to my previous home.“

“I have used Atlas Heating for over 40 years. They have managed this last year to keep my 30 plus year old heater running although I do realize that its demise is approaching fast. When I finally DO get a new heater, it will be through Atlas. Their technicians are always willing to listen to any worries/concerns/problems I may have with my heater and fix it to the best of their ability in spite of the heater's age. They are always prompt and courteous and clean up anything left behind. “We decided to convert from a gas furnace to a heat pump to lower our carbon footprint and also because we have sufficient photovoltaic supply. We sought 3 bids, and chose to work with TechPro because of their fair pricing (not the lowest) and their apparent leanings towards being service oriented. The installation went smoothly, on schedule as promised. In replacing an existing furnace system, they discovered some field adjustments that needed to be made, and did not charge extra. All the workers were cordial, friendly, attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. They kept the job site clean and in order. We've been running the system for about 3 months now and its great. We did have a blown fuse last week and they came out and did a warranty repair within two days. Communication is great with attentive and quick emails and text responses from and to the office. “Our A/C went out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, during the absolutely hottest days of our summer 100+ degrees! We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. Our A/C is about 18 years old, so we expected we would have to replace it, but he told us not to replace it until it quit on us. He could have sold us a new unit. When the times comes, McFarlane is who we'll be calling!“

Agreed to the price and the work was done that day. Very professional easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with. Left a tag on the heater for future needs and can't imagine using anyone else. Now that we have a working heater in the middle of winter we feel like Kings!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. I recently needed a part to be replaced in my furnace and everyone was involved in making this happen as the weather was cold. Joe detected what the problem was, ordered the part and later found out it was going to take a few days to get here. The staff picked up the phone, found another place who had the part and the part was installed the next day. This was Joe's day off and I was very grateful to him and I would've needed to go into the weekend without a furnace.
