Fantastic experience working with this company: from the office staff and customer service, to the techs in the field, so glad I found them after months of being jerked around by others. No gouging with these guys (other companies had proposed drastically more work for thousands more), just an honest assessment, great communication and explanation (I even pushed back to make sure more work didn't need to be done, and received a thoughtful and detailed explanation justifying the work plan). We recently had our 1957 gravity furnace replaced by Atlas. Everything about the installation was stellar! Moukhles responded quickly, came to our home and gave us the estimate. The abatement team who removed the old ductwork was terrific and finished in record time. Danny and Malaki did the new furnace installation and they were marvelous! Experts in their field, respectful prompt, and clean! Moukhles responded to our questions promptly, as well. We are extremely pleased with our choice to use Atlas Heating & Ventilation!

My older furnace was not working. I called Emma the service dispatcher and was able to set up an appointment for next week. I have called other companies and they were further out in scheduling. Appreciate the quick phone call back to get this off my to do list.
