“I had another "big" heating/cooling company come and perform annual maintenance, but a week after they were here, our furnace ran but didn't provide heat. I was tired of that other company so called Rainier and they got us an appointment in a couple of days. The technician showed me that the other company had left a ground wire loose (that's why the burner wouldn't kick in) as well as did a more thorough cleaning job. “I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Devon removed the grate and the flap is able to open and close during operation. All fixed, and the second trip was inclusive in the price. I would highly recommend Pristine Air Services if you need anything cleaned or serviced in your home! They are easy to deal with and stand behind their work. 10/10 A++++! I would use them for any future HVAC cleaning in my house. Thank you guys!“

“I contacted Eco Air NW nearly 3 months ago because my heat pump had stopped heating and cooling 3 and a half years prior, but I didn't have a chance to get it fixed mostly due to the pandemic and because I wasn't always in Seattle the past few years. Plus, it's not easy to find folks who won't rip you off. Please BEWARE of "big" names because they're not always good or honest. You will most certainly NOT be disappointed if you choose ECO AIR NW! Steven and his partner Daniel are very thorough and reasonably priced. It turns out that my ductless Mitsubishi AC (mini split unit) simply needed refrigerant and deep cleaning! And just like that, it started working like a charm and heated my house in half an hour! They also tested it for cold air and everything was perfect despite the fact that Steven said that he doesn't usually fix Mitsubishi units! Moreover, Steven and Daniel stayed until they were SURE there was no air leakage or any other issues! I definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs and I will certainly call them in summer for servicing before I use my heat pump for cooling. “I got windows installed on my 1959 single w/daylight basement and the process was well executed for the most part but I'll get to that in a minute.First I saw an ad online about getting quotes for windows so I put my info in and got a call from Sears.Scheduling an appointment was easy and for only a few days later.When the reps arrived, the first thing they did was going through and measure all the windows and this is where I think they messed up.I have 13 windows in this house if you don't count the 2 in the garage, and I only wanted 11 of them replaced with the security grade weatherbeaters so when I tried to tell them which ones I didn't want, all they did was try to cross out stuff on the note pad instead of starting with a clean sheet cause I didn't realize it would matter at the time but when the windows showed up they brought me 12 and apparently was charged for 12 to.The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and they got the whole job done fast and were out of my hair by 3pm.I just had them put the extra window in the garage and now I'm in the process of finding out if I can get some money back for the extra window since not only did they not installed it but I didn't want it to begin with.However, I am planning on adding onto the house and would need a window in the addition so since they made the window custom for me and If I can't get all my money back for it then at least I can still use it but I'm also curious if they'll come back and install it for me in case I need to take advantage of the warranty.“
