Optimal HVAC is our only choice for maintenance and service of our HVAC system. We trust them to keep our equipment in good-running order, and we trust that they won't gouge us on items that we don't need. Today, our furnace quit working due to the very cold weather and freezing of the p-trap and the wet switch tripped. Shawn re-siliconed and foam taped the exhaust and had us back with heat within a hour. He'll provide an estimate for a more permanent fix, which will replace cheap quality original construction insulation so this problem won't occur again when temperatures dip severely. Phenomenal customer service! They replied immediately and came out multiple times, after additional, unrelated issues arose. Responsive, always on time, and quick to finish the job! We would recommend them to anyone.

Heat went out on a frigid night, we didn’t realize it until we woke up and the house was in the 50s. Optimal HVAC responded immediately to my desperate text and had someone out that afternoon to replace the igniter. He even was able to fit us in earlier than planned, which meant we were warm and toasty by bedtime. Yay! No extreme fees, wonderful customer service. So grateful.
