I've called many times with concerns and the staff are patient and very my questions answered.
For as long as we own pets, we will be coming here.“

“I had such a wonderful experience here with our new puppy Kona. Checking in was easy and the wait was short. In the lobby they have calming bandanas for cats and dogs, which we used for our little pup. The vet tech was nice and approached Kona with treats and patience (he’s a timid pup). The vet was amazing as well, she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew the plan for the next visit. They even took Kona to the back and gave him a tour of the other people and dogs to help with his socialization. When he literally came back he seemed like a new dog hahaha. He was less anxious and more energetic (like he is when it’s just me and my husband around). Overall wonderful experience. I’m really happy, we established care with them!“

Starting with Courtney, the whole team is amazing, After so many recommendations, I was FINALLY able to get our dog an appointment here to establish vet care and I could not be more impressed with their care. Coming from an awful veterinary experience and constant back-and-forth to get any kind of information. This place was so refreshing.

I ended up having to bring my one year old with me and let me tell you that was hard. But they were so understanding and kind, they really went above and beyond to make sure not only my pup was given amazing care, but we were as well.

“Our pup was really sick, and our regular vet office wasn't seeing patients. A friend recommended calling Riverview Animal Hospital after listening to the symptoms they squeezed us in that afternoon. They worked with our budget and were so gentle with our miniature schnauzer. He's back to his playful self, and Riverview Animal Hospital will be our new vet. I would recommend them to anyone. “Our pup broke her nail really bad, and while Heart and Soul couldn't get us in the day it happened, we were able to schedule an appointment for 9am the next day. The staff was very sweet and kind with our dog. We left her in their care around 9:20, and got the call around 10:45 for her nail removal was successful, and we could pick her up at noon.
While our dog was groggy from the sedation, she is healing nicely. On top of it all the price wasn't too bad. We highly recommend Heart and Soul for any pet emergency!“
