Without a doubt, the vets, techs and staff at Riverview are the finest veterinary staff I’ve come across in a long lifetime of owning pets. They’re also really kind people! I lucked into finding this practice when I moved up to Vancouver during the Pandemic. The location is convenient and the facility is large, clean and bright. But, truly, it’s the people who keep us coming back. I have had four dogs and three cats as patients of Dr Scott and Dr Lisa. Always giving us and our furballs their full attention! The vet team gives excellent care and good explanations. Wouldn't trust anyone else more! As with any place, beware of miscommunications between reception and doctors.

Just switched to this vet office for my kitty and doggo. The staff here are amazing and doctors make sure to take plenty of time explaining things in a way that's understandable. They never have a problem answering any questions we might have and I don't ever feel like the animals are stressed here or rushed in and out of their visits.
